Delete your AURA account

AURA lets you delete your account and its data at any time.

1. In the app

Open Profile → Security → Delete account and confirm. You must have no upcoming bookings.

2. Without the app

Email auramk.app@gmail.com from the address linked to your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We process requests within 30 days.

3. What is deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove:

Your profile (name, email, phone number, date of birth, gender, photo)
Saved payment methods
Favourites
Reviews
Support messages
Vouchers
Notification settings

4. What we keep

We keep records we are legally required to retain, such as payment and invoicing records for tax and accounting purposes. We keep them only for as long as the law requires, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
