How do I book, cancel, or reschedule?
Open a venue, choose a service and a time, then confirm. Upcoming and past bookings are under Profile, My bookings. Cancel and reschedule are on the booking when the venue’s rules still allow it.
Where are my vouchers, loyalty, and referral code?
They live on your profile. Vouchers opens your wallet. Loyalty progress and gifts sit on the profile itself, and the referral section shows your code, progress, and invited friends.
How do I contact support?
Profile, Support starts a request and shows the ones you already sent. You can also use the public support page.
